WARRANTY POLICY

Southtowns Specialties warrants its products to be free from defects in material and labor for a period of 18 months. We will repair*, replace, or give credit (not to exceed the original purchase price) for any parts found defective. Southtowns will cover the labor for changing over fuel tanks not to exceed 3 hours at $65.00 per hour. The steps below should be followed when a defect is suspected:

1) Southtowns must be notified and a Return Item
Number (RIN) must be assigned to that part.
The RIN must be visible on the exterior of the retuned item.

2) Freight charges on these parts must be prepaid.
They will be reimbursed if the part is found defective.

3) Notification of any damage due to shipping and/or

packaging must be reported within 45 days from date of the invoice.

* Repairs may be performed by qualified personnel, if
Southtowns determines this is the quickest and
least costly solution to the problem.

Any of the following would negate our warranty:

1) Alterations of our products.
2) Foreign substances other than gasoline, diesel fuel, or hydraulic oil which is put into the tank.
3) The use of fittings for other than designed purposes.
4) Vehicles involved in an accident.

Items not covered under our warranty are:

1) Any types of fluids, i.e. gas, diesel, or hydraulic.
2) Travel time.
